About the only time I watch any television is when allergies knock me on my butt, and I'm too tired to do anything. Surfing the cable channels has turned up unusual characters building choppers and hot rods, but I'm amazed by all the interior decorating programming there appears to be. Here's a book you can give as a gift to those people addicted to such programming, and tease them in the process. Out of the depths of the great depression comes this small
give-away picture book of twenty-two bizarre outhouses. You get photos and details on such "products" as the Tourist, Sportsman, Eureka, All Weather Twins, the Delight and many others. Geez.... you can almost smell them. This small book is just something you can give away and have fun with. The price is artificially low. We won't make much if any money selling these, but so what? I'm going to send a bunch to a local big-time contractor who has done work for me a number of times, and maybe some to my attorney. I can think of a few other deserving recipients as well. I'm sure you can, too, unless, of course, you're one of those who still doesn't have indoor plumbing. No redeeming social value, except perhaps as documentation of architecture that hasn't built in these parts for at least fifty years. Thank gawd! Get a bunch of these have some fun! (Or maybe get punched in the nose...) 5x6 booklet 48 pages No. 23217 ... $3.95 Four copies |
