Boiler is 8" diameter, 12" tall with 55 1/2" tubes. Firebox and smokebox bolt on.
Got Dave Gingery's sheet metal book to help me with the water tank, smoke pipe, etc. I like the way he takes something that appears complex and makes it easy.

I'm really beginning to have my doubts about this Jorgensen guy. He had certainly better put a castiron seat on this buggy. If that boiler lets go unexpectedly, his voice will suddenly be two octaves higher, and he'll be singing at the top of his lungs "Chestnuts Roasting On an Open Fire"!
